Adam's Comments:
Hey, Adam here. I dunno if I'll be commenting on anything coming up, but I just wanted to say how much I love the next batch of pages from Abe. They all really come out incredible.

Martin's Comments:
The script pretty much just said on these two, "Their names are Tusk and Viper and they're what they sound like, do with that what you will." Like how it came out, particularly that neat-looking hand tongue.

I think just given how they tend to come out, Abe's art has influenced a lot of how I go about writing things as presented. You see a lot more things glowing or appearing in some neat effect that you probably would otherwise, mostly since it tends to work out very nicely.

Abe's Comments:
You know "Tusk" reminds me of Bebop from TMNT the original (1985) version only looking more like a mammoth than a boar but sorta of a mix between the 2. Whereas "Viper" I simply took a page from a real snake's stare and sorta made a few modifications. With so much light color in the 2nd panel, can you really tell that's lightening from her hands opening up a portal in the sky to summon her fiends to the field. The pink light is suppose to be the same kind that she used to appear, but I just thought to portal would look different for 2 passengers rather than just one. Or maybe it's an intimidation thing because it's just something about seeing a portal opening in the sky.

P.S. I also like the hand though things. Just because a snake don't have arms doesn't mean it can't learn to adapt, especially a monster like that. Next thing you know, chicken will have wings that actually fly.
