Adam's Comments:
I think this page more than any other sank in how little sleep Alex got throughout this whole chapter. The final panel was just so satisfying to draw, between the pose and the fact that he's barely on the bed, he came out looking really exhausted.

I love the feeling of getting to the end of a chapter- it feels like another milestone's been reached. And it felt particularly good once we finished this 47-page one, so I felt as satisfied as he does. ^^

In retrospect, maybe I should've drawn in kicking off his shoes, not even bothering to untie the laces I'm always too lazy to draw, in the second panel too.

Martin's Comments:
Yeah, very happy with this ending myself. Think it's a good note to end the chapter on, plus it gives us a good bookend.

So that ties up the longest chapter to date. We'll be moving into a short canon filler story for a few weeks now, then when we come back to it we have some tweaks to our presentation put together with the shortest chapter to date, Sin With a Good Poker Face.

I strongly suggest getting caught up on The Black Princess during the break if you haven't been reading it, since the next chapter will intersect with it.
