Martin's Comments:
And that marks the end of this chapter. As has been mentioned plenty of times, following this both BP and WaR will be going on a three-week break. We will still have new content on the usual update days, however, and I suggest taking the opportunity to get caught up on Wright as Rayne if you haven't been reading it as the comics will be overlapping in their next chapters.
As for this woman at the end here, she won't be putting in an appearance in the next chapter but you'll be seeing more of her soon. She will also be a recurring character in both WaR and BP, so that's another incentive to read both if you don't already.
Adam's Comments:
One of the more embarrassing goofs I've pulled in the comic was in the last page. The script actually had 5 panels in it, the last one having Sareena unlock the door and greet John. I somehow totally missed it and didn't include it. So the dialog from that panel was worked into Panel 1 of this page.
I thought that since he was a mechanic, it'd be worth trying to put John in a biker jacket, even if we haven't seen him working on any motorcycles. I couldn't tell when I drew it if it looked silly or cool, but that was answered when Martin colored it. Really came out awesome. ^^
That mystery figure in the last panel as one of my favorite costumes in WaR/BP. I should make a list of them sometime, but her's is easily in the top five.
Also, the 3DS Misty's playing was easy to get just right since I've been playing Pokemon so much. As I drew it, I had one open on the desk and was tapping it between pen strokes. Even now as I type this I'm grinding up my team to fight the Elite Four.
