Adam's Comments:
Got to have some fun with this page too, of course. Narcisco and Barbed Wire are both established heroes from the same universe, and primed to be major characters in another comic idea Martin's got planned. Not sure when we'll be seeing that but cool ideas behind it.
Count Mega and the guy Ivy's beating up in the third panel were up to me to design. I love the Mega Man games, so worked it like a blend of Protoman and Captain Falcon. I figure he's either dead or retired now. The other guy I think I was going for a Cthulu thing maybe? Not sure. Basically made it up as I went along.
Oh, and Alex is standing inside that same bank the fight from Chapter 1 took place in. Tried to add in some details to the training ground in the first panel like climbing-walls and some dumbells, but most of it came out obscured. Ah, well. ^^ Still like the page all the same.
Martin's Comments:
Yeah, pretty sure you said you ere going for a Cthulhu look, and kind of what I went for though thought brown fit more than green with the costume so went with that instead. Eh, I've seen brown depictions of Cthulhu before and I forget in reading the original story if it actually says what color he is.
Besides that, good variety of a cast here, and like getting to show things like this off. And just now occurs to me that Adam and I had way back when this was done joked about the idea of using the comments solely to bitch and moan about how boring and repetitive that one panel of the bank was.
