This is where the story gets the most involved in the Mother O'Hara matter for now, but this scene is very brief. After this things mostly turn away from this for the rest of the chapter.
Happy with this one, but not a lot to say about it. Between being bald and smoking Christy here might inspire some comparisons to a particular character in Blue Blood Heroes (to find out who, go read it!) but she's bald per different reasons. Remember the opening to the chapter? Yeah, we'll be seeing a lot of folks with shaved heads moving forward.
Adam's Comments:
Ugh, background's really bland for this and Monday's pages. The school just doesn't give me many ideas for stuff to do aside from other students, and since class is in session that's not an option. Even Christy isn't very interestin to draw, just some skinhead. I did kinda like messing around with the cigarette and her having her teeth gritting onto it but that's about it.
Heh. Although on the subject of the character in Blue Blood Heroes, I don't think we've actually seen her smoking yet (aside from the background of one page) so not that similar just yet.
