And back to Power again, seeing Ruki and Orlando again now too. Also Miss Brooks, the secretary stolen from Watchmen. ^^
And like in the first chapter, Miss Brooks gets stuck playing nanny to Power's adopted daughter. I get the impression she hates it but can't afford to lose her job somehow.
Love the colors on the office, though, and the room we see in the next page. Makes it seem like a pretty posh place to work. ^^
Martin's Comments:
Power's plot in this chapter is pretty much the reason for Sylvain's bit in the last one. Yeah, not a lot of reasoning to it but this did need to be set up.
We also have a big jump forward on our clock, but won't generally be by that much. Sleep and all needed to be accounted for and all.
This is also where our palette change comes in. It actually started as something else - was setting out just to alter Ruki's skin color, since it was a bit too yellow-ish and didn't look right, and to change Power's hair to kind of imply that the dye was coming out of it. Then it turned out that Miss Brooks hadn't been seen since before the last palette change, plus I didn't like the color scheme on Power's building, so it kind of snowballed.
So yeah, plenty of reasons to have done it. The hair dye thing I'll be taking a shot at later. Didn't change Sylvain, since he debuted significantly later than the rest and as such his colors aren't quite out of date. Similarly the Robinsons and Nick weren't changed for when they show up.
