Martin's Comments:
Y'know, maybe we should make a move more toward having five panels a page than four. Four tends to be the standard since it's a nice, clean division and it makes it a little easier to keep from having to pad a page out, but five can be good for communicating more information than there would be otherwise. Maybe should just start being more flexible about it in general, really.

Not sure about that transition in the last panel. Implication's supposed to be that Alex spins and kicks our mystery attacker with the held leg, but it comes off more like we messed up which leg was being held. Something to be careful of moving forward, I guess.

Adam's Comments:
Yeah, would be a good way to fit more info into each particular page. If there's a large amount of people present in the page though, five panels can get kinda cramped (though that's not as much a problem for WaR as it is for Blues).

Oh, guess I should mention how the design on this guy came about. I sketched up two costumes for him and sent them to Martin. He picked which aspects from which he liked and I combined them into this one. Came out really nice- especially love the dark coloring.

I spy a knife that I didn't notice before.

I say the bad guy is multiple people, or has duplication or teleportation powers. All are entirely possible in this 'verse, though the former is more likely. Or maybe he's like Batman.

The leg movement thing there that you seem to think you've messed up on... I think I can see why. It's panel 4. From the position of Starchild's legs/thighs (orange) compared to the "underwear on the outside" part of her costume (green), it looks like the thigh of the leg with the knife is in front of the part of her pelvis it's attached to, and the leg being held by the bad guy is behind the pelvis. Compared to Starchild's position in that panel, that's anatomically impossible, and it messes with perspective enough to make it look like her legs switch around between panels.

It's an easy fix, though. Just fudge with the lines a bit and smooth the colors over to make it look like Star's right leg is in front of her pelvis, and her left (the knife leg) is behind. Then again, while that sounds like a small fix in theory, I don't think it's that simple in practice to make an edit like that be seamless and unnoticed. But then I'm not an artist, so I don't know; I can only guess.
