Well, if you don't read Wright as Rayne as well then the answer is no since this is her first appearance in BP. Not that she's appeared much there either, though.
In either case, her name is Maria Levy, and from this point she's going to be pretty recurring for a bit for both comics so get to know her. We'll be learning a bit more about her soon, but for now, she's Sarabeth's best friend and one of the Eighth Sin higher ups.
As for this Adriaura she and Misty mention? Not sure when we'll be seeing them for the first time - was supposed to be in the next WaR chapter, but things wound up retooled a little bit so that it didn't wind up happening. Still, seeds are planted there.

Doing the Days Go By chapter in Wright As Rayne made me think of the look and feel of the various gang bases in Atlanta. For Eighth Sin, I pictured some sleek, semi-futuristic look to their headquarters. No windows since I got the impression most of the sensitive stuff is underground.
It came out sort of looking like a cross between the Enterprise and the Death Star. The tall pillars lining the corridors and heavy metal doors give the place a harsh feel to it. Curious to do more with the place sometime soon.
